Subject: Complaint of the defective TV set.

Sir/Madam
Last month, I bought a TV set from your showroom. It has started giving me problems for 10-14 days. There are many problems that I am listing below:
• Sometimes, the display goes black and white or half screen becomes blank.
• Volume is very low compared to what was shown to me in the showroom.
• There is a constant chirp sound coming from it.

Since the TV set is under warranty (invoice is attached with this letter), I want a replacement unit or at least get it repaired. I hope you will understand the issue and get resolved.
