Subject: Enquiry about rates for XII standard farewell.

Sir/Madam
Our school is planning a farewell party for XII standard students and has shortlisted you for catering. It will be held at the end of next month.

We require around 500 dishes for the day. Please tell us the cost of a dish of the main course with and without starters. Also please tell us the service charges and do pay a visit to look for a suitable place where you can set up your equipment.

We are expecting very good quality food at reasonable rates. Please send us the cost including all the services and the best concession possible along with the amount to be paid in advance within the next 3-4 days. Awaiting your reply.
